14" x 28" Eco-Prep Maroon Dry Floor Stripping Pads - Case of 10
Maroon Eco-Prep pads are made to dry strip your floor with or without water. This process will take 3 to 5 passes on average, depending on how many coats of wax are on the floor. Eco-prep pads are most aggressive when used as a dry stripping pad, but you can use them wet as a means of dust control. We recommend using our 14" x 28" black stripping pads for wet stripping, since they are the traditional tool for chemical based stripping.
Please Note: Even though these pads will do a great job in stripping the top layers of wax off, they will never remove 100% of the old wax off of the floor. To accomplish this, you'll need to perform a wet chemical strip.
When you are using these Eco-Prep pads in a dry environment, you don't have to keep a mop bucket or wet/dry vacuum next to you in order to pick up the slurry as you work. You'll improve your efficiency, and also reduce the total cost to re-finish a floor, since no stripping chemicals are needed.
Each case that you purchase contains 10 pads that are ⅜" thick. Our full line of rectangular pads, can be found in our floor pads department, and are made for use with our dry stripping floor machines.

The pad driver has many small pins that hold a pad on - without enough padding those pins will score your flooring. |
