







Pioneer Eclipse 5" PowerPolishâ„¢ Decorative Floor Polishing Discs - Kit of 10 Discs of the Same Grit
The discs are clearly labeled to prevent error and the order of steps is as follows: Repair, Prep, Polish 1, Polish 2, Polish 3, and Polish 4. The Repair discs are 100 grit and are designed to repair scratches, stains, and wear patterns. You should start with this disc if your floors show major signs of wear. The Prep discs are 200 grit and prepare your floor for polishing. You should start with this step if your floor appears dull and has minor scratches and staining.
The polishing portion of the process starts with Polish 1 discs, which are 400 grit, and will polish your floors to a flat, matte finish. After the initial 3 steps, there are 3 additional polishing disc steps, and you can choose your desired level of gloss. The Polish 2 discs are 800 grit and will polish your floors to a semi-gloss finish. The Polish 3 discs are 1800 grit and will polish your floors to a high gloss finish. The Polish 4 discs are 3000 grit and will polish your floors to an ultra-high gloss finish.
The protection and maintenance steps are accomplished with the compatible Pioneer Eclipse chemicals that are specifically formulated for this system. LockOutâ„¢ Protector will provide protection to your floors after spending time and money on the restoration and polishing of the floor. The last segment of the system is to maintain, and Reclaimâ„¢ Maintainer will be a great option for the proper cleaning and maintenance of your floors extending the life of the polish you have created.

- 5 discs on 17" & 20" floor buffers / auto scrubbers.
- 8 discs on 27" auto scrubbers.
- 8 discs on 32" auto scrubbers.
Directions
- Install diamond discs to your machine (# of discs needed listed above).
- Make multiple passes (4 – 6) slightly overlapping each previous pass. Alternate the direction of each pass to create a crosshatch pattern.
- Pick up any solution or debris using an auto scrubber or mop.
- Repeat steps 1-3 with each consecutive disc until the desired gloss is achieved.
