Advance® ES400™ XLP Self Contained Carpet Extractor (12 Gallons) - 18" Head

The ES400 XLP is much like our ES300™ XP model. They both offer proprietary LIFT™ technology to allow fast drying, leaving floors traffic ready in as low as 30 minutes. They both offer a convenient compact design that make the machine easy to maneuverability, store, and to maintain compared to larger extractors. Also they both feature front-mounted drain hoses for quick emptying and removable tanks with a stowable handle and makes the re-filling process less cumbersome. Oh, and don't forget they both sport powerful 1.5 HP, 3 stage vacuum motors that provide 120" of water lift and a pump that supplies 120 PSI of cleaning power.

Where the ES400 XLP surpasses the ES300 that it sports an extra wide 18" cleaning path as well as a larger 12 gallon solution tank and a 10 gallon recovery tank. These improvements allow you to extract larger areas even faster. the ES400 also sports a flippable handle which allows you to transition to operating this machine in either direction quickly and easily. The self-adjusting, floating 18-inch scrubbing brush head is built to maintain a great contact with the carpet while providing the vacuum with improved suction to leave the carpets dryer after cleaning.

XP Model with LIFT™

As mentioned, the ES400 XLP is equipped with LIFT technology that leads to fast carpet drying times. This patented low-moisture system uses a single spray nozzle to eliminate streaking and overlapping which saturates carpets more. This LIFT system guaranties a thorough cleaning while leaving it traffic ready in as little as 30 minutes making this unit great for quick daytime cleaning. The ES400 also has easy and intuitive controls which allow you to choose between three cleaning modes (LIFT mode, Deep Clean, and Pre-Treat) with a simple turn of the dial. The ES400 also incorporates a quick access, integrated hand tool so you can quickly spot clean spots or upholstery without having to hunt for attachments.
