This Advance SC4000 ride-on floor scrubber is an extremely powerful machine that combines versatility, productivity and sustainability into one simple package. The SC4000 comes standard with REV technology that can scrub and remove floor finish in one single path. The REV technology accomplishes this through random orbital scrubbing technology with high-speed, ¼-inch micro scrubbing and rotational, low-speed macro scrubbing. This combination attacks dirt from multiple directions for exceptional cleaning. REV action scrubs deeper and more uniformly to leave behind an amazing floor with no swirl marks. This type of orbital / rotational action uses far less water and chemicals than standard scrubbing set ups.

In addition to the water and chemicals saved with the REV feature, Advance has also incorporated an optional EcoFlex onboard detergent-dispensing system. This system allows users to adjust the chemical dispersion to match the scrubbing performance to the grittiness of the floor. This helps to control the consumption of water, detergent and energy without compromising scrubbing performance. Besides the water and chemical usage, it will also save you time and money. With the touch of a button, the operator can switch between water-only cleaning or various cleaning intensities to get the required level of cleaning that is needed for your floors. For smaller spots that require special attention, the user can also activate a “burst of power” for extra cleaning performance, allowing you to easily return to the original settings for minimum usage of water, detergent and power.

The SC4000 is also designed with safety and usability in mind. An open layout features easy access to the rider compartment and provides great sight lines to the floor. The compact unit is easy to maneuver while also being through standard doorways and agile enough to scrub in tight spaces. It is ideal for sports facilities, retail, institutions, and more.
