EDIC Galaxy™ Carpet Extractor

Powerful and compact, the EDIC Galaxy series comes in a variety of models to fit your needs. All models are heat ready, which allows for an optional external heater. With the use of a heater, you can heat water up to 170° F which will help you maximize your extractor's cleaning by breaking the bonds between your carpet and the dirt embedded on it. By separating the heater and the extractor, your extractor will run cooler, extending the life of the pump and vacuum motors within it. If repair is ever necessary, you may simply disconnect the heater, and continue to use the unit without a heater.

Due to the many available configurations of the Galaxy extractors, you can choose the exact right machine that best fits your needs. The base 2000 models come with a 12-gallon solution (11 recovery) tank which is more than enough to supply plenty of solution for extracting any normal sized room. The 2700 models offer 5 more gallons (17 recovery / 15 solution) for those extra-large areas. The solution pressure ranges from 100 PSI to 500 PSI from model to model, to allow you to customize the machine according to the types surfaces you will be cleaning. Some are even adjustable for if you have a wide range of surfaces to use your extractor on. Please use the chart below to select the right configuration for your unit.

Don't forget to pick up a hose and wand for your unit. We offer a 400 PSI dual jet carpet wand or a 500 PSI dual jet carpet wand package that comes packed with a 25ft vacuum hose package. By choosing the correct wand for your unit, you'll be prepped and ready to start using the extractor upon arrival.
