Mytee® System Maintainer Descaler for Carpet Extractors (1 Gallon Bottles) - Case of 4
This Mytee System Maintainer is a descaling chemical that is meant to be used as a regular maintenance item on carpet cleaning extractors. Mytee recommends cleaning your machine at least once every 3 months. It will help to remove that hard water scale and chemical build up in the lines within your extractor, as well as the jets and lines of your upholstery tools and drag wands. You will mix it 1-to-1 with warm water in a separate container.
You'll want to remove the jets from an upholstery tool or wand and spray some solution through the system. You'll then want to let that System Maintainer sit in the machine and lines for about 5 to 10 minutes to start to work free as much scale and build up as possible. After 5 to 10 minutes, come back and run the rest of the System Maintainer through your machine. Next fill your carpet extractor back up with warm water only and flush that water out to make sure all of the System Maintainer is rinsed out of your machine.
