Mytee® T-Rex™ Jr. Total Rotary Carpet Extractor w/ 12" Cleaning Path
Say goodbye to traditional wand carpet cleaning. With the Mytee T-Rex Jr high performance rotary extractor, carpet cleaning has never been easier. The rotary action of the 12" cleaning head does all the work, meaning less user fatigue and more consistent results. It also does a better job of cleaning, and only in a fraction of the time that it takes to use a standard drag wand. The powerful 1 HP motor allows you to clean faster and deeper by easily lifting embedded soil and restoring the carpet surface.
The T-Rex Jr needs to be hooked up to a box extractor with at least 500 PSI, or a truckmount unit to deliver solution and recover anything sprayed down. The handle has a male quick disconnect to hook up to and the base has a 2" Cuff-Lynxâ„¢ hose connector with retainer which keeps the vacuum hose from getting in the way while you're working.
Mytee has really done a great job of taking rotary extraction to a new level! The T-Rex Jr is packed high end features, but yet is still remarkably affordable. It comes with 4 high flow solution jets and 4 vacuum slots, which are guaranteed for years of use and abuse. They are designed to actually clean carpet fibers from the bottom up. This feature delivers faster drying times, prevents wicking, and allows for deeper cleaning. A pre-installed carpet brush helps with agitation in heavily soiled areas. An adjustable solution flow valve makes sure you have as much, or as little solution as needed on a per job basis.
The T-Rex Jr is operated much in the same fashion as a floor buffer. Slightly lift the handle, and the machine will move to the right. Slightly press the handle down, and it will move to the left. Tilting the T-Rex Jr too much may result in carpet damage. Remember to always keep the head of the machine evenly balanced on all surfaces.
